whoopsie Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 Ive tried speaking live support about this issue but seem to not be able to get them to understand my issue. From what i can see you guys are running a rio carnival promotion and you advertise 1 coin for every 1 dollar deposited and 1 coin for every 2 dollars wagered. I have deposited at least 1000 dollars this week and have wagered a total of 67,000 dollars yet somehow have a total of 39 rio coins. I should have roughly 35000 rio coins. Since the promotion started whenever i click the claim now button i only get 8 or 9 coins regardless of my deposit or wager amounts. Clearly either i have a total misunderstanding of how coins are earned or my account is not being credited correctly. Can someone from support please take a look at this please?
